Bed ends are made up of 1 1/4" sq. 16 ga. steel tubing with completely welded construction. The bed frame is made up of 1 1/2" x 2" x 5/32" high carbon angle iron with 10 ga. steel end mounting plates and is easily put together with bed ends. The bed is powder coat painted and can be ordered with 18 ga. steel slats and springs or a solid 16 ga. bed mat/pan. All beds include glides and inserts.
